Cancellation policy:
Any color appointments that cancel within 12 hours of their appointment will be charged full price. All other appointments will be charged 1/2 price if they cancel their appointment within 12 hours and will be charged full price if they do not show up for their appointment at all.
Late policy:
If you arrive 15 or more minutes after your appointment time, we cannot guarantee you will receive the full service. It will be at the stylist’s discretion.
